The State Property Fund has put up for sale the confiscated apartments of the ex-Deputy Minister of Justice Vorona

The State Property Fund of Ukraine announced auctions for the sale of two apartments of the former Deputy Minister of Justice Dmytro Vorona, which were charged to state income in accordance with the law “On Sanctions”. This was reported by the press service of the FSMU.

“The state property fund works tirelessly to ensure that the assets charged to the state income work as a source of financing for the restoration of the country. The fund has already taken all necessary measures to cancel the arrests on this property. This made it possible to start preparing the apartments for sale,” – the message says.

The Fund clarified that it is about two apartments from case No. 991/6040/23, according to which the High Anti-Corruption Court decided to transfer to the state the assets of Dmytro Vorona, former deputy minister of justice (2012-2013). The first apartment with an area of 67.5 square meters is located in Kyiv on Saksaganskyi Street. The second – with an area of 53.7 square meters in Myrhorod on Gogol Street.

Both objects will be sold through open online auctions, which will take place on September 29, 2025 in the Prozorro.Sales system. The funds received from their sale will be directed to the Fund for Elimination of the Consequences of Armed Aggression.
