Tochytskyi explained that the marathon is an important tool for countering Russian propaganda. According to him, a united approach in covering events helps to debunk fakes and disinformation spread by Russia.
The minister added that in the process of discussion with representatives of various media, an idea arose to make the marathon more educational, with an emphasis on Ukrainian culture and its preservation.
He noted that he met with representatives of various TV channels, and during the discussion they came to the conclusion that the marathon should have a more educational component, in particular, an emphasis on explanations about Ukrainian culture and plans to preserve it.
