Ukrainian regions with the most expensive land are named

During the three years of the open land market in Ukraine, more than 254,000 agreements for the purchase and sale of agricultural land with a total area of ​​half a million hectares were concluded. In the central regions, land prices are as follows:

• Poltava region: 52.59 thousand hryvnias per hectare
• In the north and west, prices fluctuate between 40-50 thousand hryvnias per hectare in the Ternopil, Khmelnytskyi, Odesa, Chernihiv, Volyn, Sumy, Zhytomyr and Rivne regions.

Prices in the south and east of Ukraine are much lower:

• Kirovohrad region: 38 thousand hryvnias per hectare
• Dnipropetrovsk region: 34 thousand hryvnias per hectare
• Mykolaiv and Chernivtsi regions: about 32 thousand hryvnias per hectare
• Kharkiv region: 27 thousand hryvnias per hectare
• Zaporizhzhia and Kherson regions: about 24 thousand hryvnias per hectare
• In connection with the military operations in Donetsk and Luhansk regions, there are no data on the sale of land.
