Ukrainians in Germany: why 2025 is becoming a decisive year for employment

Providing employment for Ukrainian refugees in Germany is an important element of their integration into the new society, ensuring financial independence and stability in the face of economic challenges. Employment becomes not only a way to provide oneself financially, but also an important tool for achieving stability, integration and preserving one’s rights in a new country. Readiness for changes, flexibility and activity in job search are the basis of a successful future for Ukrainians in Germany.
