Ukrposhta sells real estate throughout the country
Ukrposhta has auctioned more than forty real estate objects throughout Ukraine, as proves data from Prozorro.Prodazhi.
In total, more than 30,000 square meters of non-residential real estate with a total starting value of more than 333 million hryvnias were put up for auction.
Among the lots are both individual premises and entire complexes of buildings in different regions of the country. Three complexes in Rivne became the most expensive: on Pryvokzalny Square (starting price: UAH 26 million), on Vyacheslava Chornovola Street (over UAH 20 million) and on Marka Vovchka Street (over UAH 20 million). Among the large lots, the building on Pryvokzalnaya in Ivano-Frankivsk (almost UAH 20 million) and the complex of buildings in Mykytynetsky Lane of the same city (UAH 18.3 million) stand out.
Sales cover almost the entire territory of Ukraine — from the western regions (Transcarpathia, Lviv, Ivano-Frankivsk) to the central and southern regions. The list includes objects in Kharkiv, Kryvyi Rih, Mykolaiv, Kherson, as well as in small settlements. The cheapest lot was a part of a building in the village of Zhdenievo in Zakarpattia — a room with an area of 69.6 square meters. m with a starting price of only 408 thousand hryvnias.
Let us remind you that in 2020, the General Director of Ukrposhta Ihor Smilyanskyi noted that the company has more than 12,000 real estate properties, of which about 5,000 are owned. At that time, he emphasized that only half of the premises are used for their intended purpose and bring income, and he called the rest ballast.
