Job loss and forced migration due to the war have become serious challenges for many Ukrainians. Refugees who find themselves in other countries often face difficulties in finding work due to language barriers, lack of proven experience or changes in the labor market. That is why learning new skills and developing in promising fields have become extremely important. Education makes it possible to adapt to new realities, increase competitiveness in the labor market and even start your own business.
In order to provide free access to quality education, the Thunderbird School of Global Management, in cooperation with Arizona State University and with the support of American University Kyiv, launched the large-scale project “100 million students”. About this initiative reported Deputy Prime Minister for Innovation, Development of Education, Science and Technology – Minister of Digital Transformation Mykhailo Fedorov.
In Ukraine, the project was organized by the Ukrainian Startup Fund. The main goal of the initiative is to provide free education to millions of people around the world, including Ukrainians. Courses are available in an online format, which allows you to study at any convenient time and from any place.
The program contains 19 topics covering key areas of modern business and technology. Among them:
- Artificial intelligence;
- Strategic planning;
- Accountability, transparency and intellectual property;
- Team building for business development.
Education is conducted online, and courses are available in 40 languages, including Ukrainian. This enables the widest possible range of people to acquire relevant knowledge without language restrictions.
Successful completion of the course is confirmed by an international certificate, which can be a significant advantage when looking for a job or creating your own business. Registration is open to all interested parties, and to start training, it is enough to follow the link provided by the project organizers.
“100 million students” has become one of the largest global educational initiatives, which opens wide opportunities for Ukrainians in the field of business, technology and entrepreneurship. The project will help to improve professional skills, resume a career or find a new direction of development, which is extremely important in today’s difficult conditions.
