He is suspected of involvement in the case of the head of the Ministry of Agrarian Policy, Mykola Solskyi, who is accused of seizing land in the Sumy region.

The validity period of the decision regarding the application of a preventive measure in the form of detention until July 7, 2024 inclusive, but within the period of the pre-trial investigation”, the message says.
According to the investigation, the deputy minister, acting in the interests of a group of people, together with them organized and carried out the acquisition of a state-owned agricultural plot in the territory of Sumy region with an area of about 2.5 thousand hectares, worth 291 million hryvnias.
At the same time, an alternative preventive measure was determined for him in the form of bail in the amount of UAH 20.28 million. In case of depositing funds, the deputy minister will be assigned a number of duties, in particular, to hand over foreign passports and wear an electronic bracelet.
We will remind that Solsky are suspected of illegally taking possession of state land worth 291 million hryvnias.
