Zelenskyy agreed with Trump on the transfer of missiles for Patriot
The US will transfer a package of PAC-3 missiles for Patriot systems to Ukraine. This was agreed by Presidents Volodymyr Zelensky and Donald Trump during a meeting in Davos.
“We spoke yesterday with President Trump… I spoke with President Trump for an hour. And I received, I won’t say how many, PAC-3 missiles for Patriot. I know how many of these missiles, this package, how many times Ukraine will withstand ballistic strikes, ” – Zelensky said during the second national Forum of Talented Youth in Kyiv on January 23.
The president added that during the meeting not only global issues were resolved, but also a specific task, for which he went to the negotiations.
“If I meet with someone, I must bring something to Ukraine. Only such an approach during war. There simply cannot be another”, – Zelensky emphasized.
Donald Trump described the meeting as “very good” and noted that “everyone wants the war to end”.
