A deferral for employees of higher and vocational education institutions has appeared in Reserve+
In the updated version of the Reserve+ application appeared a new category of deferment — for scientific, scientific-pedagogical and pedagogical workers of institutions of higher, specialized pre-higher and professional education, as well as scientific institutions and organizations.
In order to receive a deferral, the following data must be available in the Unified State Electronic Database on Education:
- a mark about the main place of work;
- the wage rate is not less than 0.75;
- information that the person belongs to the personnel group of the educational process in the field of higher, professional pre-higher or professional education or holds an administrative position that is included in the teaching category.
The postponement process looks like this: on the main screen of the Reserve+ application, you need to click on the three dots, select “Submit a postponement request”, and then the appropriate category. After that, the user will receive a message with the result of the review.
If the employee’s position meets all three conditions, but registration through the application does not take place, you should contact the educational institution acting as the employer. It is he who must check whether the data are correctly entered into the Unified State Electronic Database on Education and, if necessary, update them.
As a reminder, on August 5, Reserv+ became available for deferments for a husband or wife, if one of them has a disability of group 1 or 2. In general, the snooze function in the application has been working since last November. Currently, 40% of all postponement requests are submitted through Reserve+.
