Another 10 Ukrainians were returned from Russian captivity (video)
The Coordinating Headquarters for the Treatment of Prisoners of War published photos of a meeting of 10 civilians released from Russian captivity, including Nariman Dzhelal, deputy chairman of the Mejlis of the Crimean Tatar people, who had been held since 2021.

Freed Ukrainians are already in Kyiv. The photo shows their smiles, hugs and tears of joy at returning home.

The Commissioner for Human Rights of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine, Dmytro Lubinets, also published photos and videos of a meeting of released persons, including Kateryna Bryukhanova, Lyudmila Goncharenko, Pavlo Kuprienko, Mykola Shvets and Natalia Zakharenko, who were held in Belarus. Lubinets spoke about the stories of each released person and noted that they need rehabilitation after experiencing physical and moral pressure.

Among those released are Valery Matyushenko, Olena Pekh, Bohdan Geleta and Ivan Levytskyi, priests of the Ukrainian Greek Catholic Church who resisted the Russian troops in Berdyansk.
The Coordination Headquarters and Dmytro Lubinets expressed their joy at the release of the Ukrainians and confirmed their commitment to further work on the release of all citizens who are still in Russian captivity.
