The deployment of the official military personnel accounting system “Impuls” is underway in the Land Forces of the Armed Forces of Ukraine. In the second stage, the system is being implemented in the army corps.
The second wave of the deployment of “Impuls” covers more than 100 units in all army corps. Currently, 40% of units have already prepared data on military personnel for uploading to the system. This is a key stage before the start of full-fledged work in “Impuls”.
The best rates of transition to “Impuls” The 10th, 18th and 15th army corps are demonstrating – most of their units have already prepared the necessary data to start working in the system.
“We took into account the feedback and inconveniences that arose during the deployment in the DShV, so the transition of the army corps to “Impulse” is happening faster. This is an important step towards a single authorized accounting system in the Armed Forces, where each decision is based on accurate and complete data”, – noted Oksana Ferchuk, Deputy Minister of Defense for Digital Development, Digital Transformations and Digitalization.
The implementation process involves teams from the Ministry of Defense and the Center for Scaling Technological Solutions of the Armed Forces. The development team analyzes user feedback and improves the system, making it even more convenient.
“We are the first among the corps to prepare the data and are ready to move on to daily work in “Impulse”. We are implementing a single, orderly and convenient accounting of people in each unit”, explained the chief specialist of the administrative department of the headquarters of the 10th Army Corps, Lieutenant Colonel Svitlana Lozinska.
The data in “Impulse” is reliably protected – the system has a clear demarcation of access and roles, and each unit works only with information about its own servicemen.
Gradually, “Impulse” will become the basic platform for digital accounting of military personnel in all types and branches of the Armed Forces of Ukraine. It is on the basis of this system that new services will appear in the “Army+” application, Medical Information System and other products in the future, forming a single digital ecosystem of the defense sector.
