Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine by Resolution No. 535 entered changes to the Procedure for Financial Support of the Activities of Military Administrations.
In particular, it was clarified that the salary level of employees of regional and district military administrations must correspond to the terms of remuneration established for employees of the relevant regional and district state administrations. Employees of military administrations of settlements will receive salaries in accordance with the conditions provided for employees of local self-government bodies.
With regard to military personnel assigned to military administrations, as well as rank and file officers of law enforcement agencies and civil protection services, they will receive financial support based on official salaries for the positions they hold in military administrations. They will also receive other payments provided for the relevant employees of these structures, salaries for military (special) ranks and seniority allowances in the order and amounts determined by the current legislation.
Thus, servicemen serving in military administrations are provided with:
- financial support in accordance with the salary according to the position in the military administration where they are posted;
- other provided payments for relevant officials;
- salaries by rank and allowances for years of service in accordance with the norms established for military personnel and employees of law enforcement agencies and the civil protection service.
The decision to grant the award to the head of the military administration of the settlement is made by the head of the district state administration (head of the district military administration) in agreement with the head of the regional state administration (head of the regional military administration).
