A new functionality has appeared in the “Army+” application – multi-signature of reports for commanders, which allows you to process several documents at the same time. About this informs press service of the Ministry of Defense.
From now on, the unit commander can conveniently view dozens of reports received in the “For review” tab of the “Reports” section, and make a decision on their approval or rejection with simple swipes: to the right – to approve, to the left – to reject. Filtering and marking of necessary reports is also available.
In one session, you can select up to 40 reports, for example, for a vacation, and approve them simultaneously via Action.Signature or SmartID. Mass rejection of documents is not foreseen – each rejection requires justification.
“We were often asked if we plan to make it possible to approve reports in one fell swoop. Because signing them one by one and going through the Action confirmation each time. The signature tired the commanders. We always listen to the requests of users and take them to work, so we are glad to launch the multi-signature service and reduce the administrative burden for our military a little more.”, – said Kateryna Chernogorenko, Deputy Minister of Defense of Ukraine for Digitalization.
As a reminder, the report function was added to “Army+” in August 2024. Today, the number of report types is 36, and the total number of processed reports is more than 570,000. Most of them (60%) were approved. Most often, military personnel submitted reports for recovery (28%), annual leave (23%) and change of service location (21%).
