It is thanks to the neural network that leading companies better understand and analyze the needs of their customers, which allows them to provide more personalized service and increase loyalty. The implementation of AI gives a business an edge over competitors, helps attract new customers, increase market share and profits.

Attackers can use AI to create more complex and sophisticated attacks that are harder to detect and neutralize. There may still be unforeseen consequences that cannot be predicted. This can lead to negative social, economic and political consequences that will be difficult to correct. There is always a big risk that the network can exist on its own, it’s like in the robot movies. People can lose control of the network, and this can have negative consequences.

How to implement artificial intelligence in your business?

It is necessary to develop a clear strategy and define goals. Be clear about what you want to achieve with AI. This could be improving productivity, personalizing the customer experience, developing new products or optimizing supply chains. It is important to carefully assess the potential risks associated with the implementation of AI, such as job losses, ethical issues, or cyber security, and develop an implementation plan. Create a step-by-step AI implementation plan that includes budget, timelines, and people responsible. The plan should include cooperation with research institutes. Cooperate with Ukrainian and international research institutes to develop new AI solutions adapted to your business needs. Next, you should train your staff to use such a resource. Train your employees to use AI tools and understand their capabilities and limitations. Offer your employees opportunities to advance their skills and develop the skills they need to work with AI.
