Britain and France did not agree on a plan for a “partial truce” in Ukraine

Great Britain and France have not reached an agreement on the joint vision of a “partial truce” in Ukraine, which was previously announced by Emmanuel Macron. This was stated by the Minister of the Armed Forces of Great Britain, Luke Pollard, informs Daily Mail.
According to him, Great Britain and France currently do not have an agreed vision of a lunar truce “in the sky, at sea and in terms of energy infrastructure”, as proposed by Macron.
“There was no agreement on what a truce could look like”Pollard noted.
He emphasized that there are “many different options” that will be discussed in depth with the American and European partners, but the idea of a “truce for a month” was not agreed upon.
It will be recalled that on March 2, French President Emmanuel Macron presented his plan for Ukraine, which foresees several weeks of negotiations, followed by a month-long air, sea and energy truce, and later – the introduction of peacekeeping forces.
