“Diya” will launch a booking service for those who are wanted

By the end of March 2026, a new service will be launched in the “Diya” application, which will allow enterprises of the defense-industrial complex and companies critical to the provision of the Armed Forces of Ukraine to temporarily reserve employees for 45 days, even in cases where they have unresolved issues with the TCC (territorial procurement center). This was reported by Deputy Minister of Digital Transformation Valeria Koval.

According to Koval, the new system covers employees who have missing or incorrect account data, as well as those who are wanted. Such employees will be able to be booked from the first day of employment, but no later than the date of termination of the enterprise’s critical status. This will allow enterprises to ensure the continuous operation of defense-critical industries, even if individual employees have problems with military registration.

In addition to launching a new booking, “Diya” will also update the process of extending deferrals. Enterprises that have a critical status confirmed by the relevant ministry will be able to avoid canceling the booking. Managers or authorized persons will be able to apply for an extension of the deferral immediately for a group of specialists in a few clicks on the portal. The service will be available only if the company is listed as critical on the Diia portal, and its employees already have a valid reserved status.

The launch of this service is designed to simplify the administration of reservations and postponements, minimize bureaucratic obstacles for enterprises in critical sectors, and ensure the stability of the work of defense and strategically important industries of Ukraine.

Previously, other services in Diia were reported, in particular, registration for the National Multi-Subject Testing (NMT) through an application that demonstrates the gradual integration of state services into the digital space for the convenience of citizens.

This functionality will become part of a comprehensive digital transformation public services aimed at optimizing processes, reducing the burden on administrative centers, and quickly responding to the needs of critical enterprises and their employees.
