US President Donald Trump spoke with a demand for the death penalty for the killer of 23-year-old Ukrainian Iryna Zarutska, who was found dead at a light rail station in Charlotte, North Carolina, in August.

“The animal that brutally killed a beautiful young girl from Ukraine who came to America in search of peace and safety should be quickly convicted without a doubt and sentenced only to the death penalty. “There can be no other choice,” Trump said.

He reported that he watched the video of the attack, called it horrible and the attacker an evil man. The recording was published on social networks on September 7.

“We have to have the capabilities to deal with it. If we don’t manage, we won’t have a country, Trump said, also mentioning the wave of violent incidents in the United States.

In this context, the US president emphasized that he created the first-ever task force in the Ministry of Justice to eradicate anti-Christian prejudice.

According to him, this phenomenon has acquired “colossal scales”:

“The Trump administration will not tolerate terrorism or political violence, including hate crimes against Christians, Jews or anyone else. We will not allow this.

Let us remind you that on August 22, 23-year-old Ukrainian Iryna Zarutska was found dead at a light rail station in Charlotte, North Carolina. She came to the USA after the start of Russia’s full-scale war against Ukraine.
