Drones attacked Odessa: residential buildings damaged, part of the city without electricity, water and heat

Russian strike drones attacked Odessa, damaging residential buildings and a critical infrastructure facility, leaving part of the city without electricity, heat, and water supply. This was reported by the head of the Odessa City Military Administration, Serhiy Lysak, on Telegram.

According to him, one of the densely populated areas was affected by the attack, where electricity, water, and heat were temporarily cut off. The shock wave also caused damage to the housing of city residents. As of 1 a.m. on December 19, one moderately injured person was reported. She was taken to a medical facility, where she is receiving all the necessary assistance.

The head of the Odessa Regional Military Administration, Oleg Kiper specified the details of the hits, noting that one of the drones hit the balcony of the 22nd floor of a multi-story building in a residential complex. Another drone hit another residential building, damaging the facade and an apartment on the 15th floor, and breaking windows. No fires were reported in either case.

The city military administration also reported that utility services are working on the ground, and inviolability points throughout Odessa are operating 24/7.
