Electronic booking of employees has started working in Diya: video instructions have been published

The function of electronic booking of conscripted workers has started working on the Diya portal. Ministry of Digital Transformation explained, how to use this service.

Managers of mission-critical and Defense Force businesses can now book their employees through the Diya portal.

“This service speeds up the reservation process to an hour, eliminates the human factor and reduces the burden on ministry employees. Previously, the verification of information on the reservation of conscripts was carried out manually and could take weeks”, — the Ministry of Statistics notes.

To book an employee on the Diya portal, you need to perform the following steps:

1. The head of the company submits lists of conscripted employees for reservation and certifies the application with an electronic signature.
2. The system automatically checks whether the person is officially employed and whether the data is in the Oberig register.
3. During the day, Diya sends a message to the manager about the result of the review.

If the decision is positive, information about the employee’s reservation appears in the Reserve+ application. From this moment, the employee is considered booked. The reservation period is 12 months.

The reservation statement can later be downloaded on the Diya portal and, if necessary, printed.
