In the Kyiv region, a guy cut his veins in a TCC

Journalist Oleksandra Zakharova reports on the illegal detention of a man for two days, beatings and driving him to suicide by representatives of the TCC in Kyiv region. According to her testimony, Stanislav M.’s phone was taken away, he was not allowed to contact a lawyer, and they tried to take him to the educational center even before passing the medical commission. Due to the pressure, the man tried to commit suicide by cutting his veins. The Kyiv Regional TCC and SP deny the accusations and report the man’s escape before sending him to the training center. Currently, several criminal proceedings have been opened in connection with this case.

The testimony of the victim does not match the information provided by the TCC. In particular, the territorial center notes that the man was detained quite legally, as he was on the street during the curfew. Oleksandra Zakharova denies this. As proof, the journalist shows a check for payment of the fine, on which the time is indicated – 22:18.

“The police detained Stanislav M. during the curfew and took him to the 1st department of the Buchansk RTCC. When checking the military registration data, it became clear that this citizen is not on the military registration and is wanted by the police. Thus, he was evading During his stay in the RTCC, he was not subjected to physical pressure or threats from the TCC. The citizen did not commit suicide in the TCC premises passed a military medical examination at the Kyiv-Sviatoshyn district hospital and was recognized as a dowry for military service. However, before being sent to the training center for basic military training, the citizen escaped. At present, his whereabouts are unknown to the official notification of the TCC.

Oleksandr Zakharova claims that Stanislav M. was beaten and detained illegally. After the man cut his veins, according to the testimony of the journalist, representatives of the TCC took him to Vyshnevo and left him on the road.

“The person is detained until the beginning of the curfew (patrol 113), taken to the TCC (he does not resist), where they beat him, take away his personal belongings and keep him until morning. The car is thrown somewhere on Bogolyubov (Sofiivska Borshchagivka). Then he is forcibly taken to the VLK in Cherry. When trying to consult a lawyer by phone, the phone is answered, and the person does not get in touch for almost a day. Then, when the lawyer and the investigative team go to the place to find out, it turns out that the guy cut his veins and the police did not find him in this condition, they threw him out on the street in Vyshnevo. The man was alive, his hands were tied, the police were called again, reports were drawn up, including the one for “suicide,” the journalist said.

Currently, two criminal proceedings have been opened in relation to the incident: regarding suicide (EO9896 dated 05/24/2024) and kidnapping and illegal detention of a person (EO29462 dated 05/24/2024).
