On the evening of May 11, NABU and SAPO announced the exposure of an organized group suspected of legalizing 460 million UAH in an elite construction project near Kyiv. This was reported by NABU.
“The suspicion was reported to one of its members, the former head of the Office of the President of Ukraine. Qualification: Part 3, Article 209 of the Criminal Code of Ukraine. Urgent investigative actions are underway,” the NABU statement said.

The published photos show that the investigative actions took place in the center of Kyiv, near the Palace of Sports. A journalist for “Scheme” reported from the scene that SAPO prosecutor Valentyna Hrebenyuk was getting into Andriy Yermak’s car. She was there for about 10 minutes.
Yermak, who continues to run a Telegram channel after being dismissed from the post of head of the OP, did not comment on the latest events.
Previously, People’s Deputy Yaroslav Zheleznyak from the Holos faction stated that Yermak was accompanied by UDO employees in the recently published investigation.
The investigation “The Godfather on the “Udalyonka”” discussed Yermak’s meetings with the President’s Advisor on Strategic Issues Oleksandr Kamyshin and the Secretary of the National Security and Defense Council of Ukraine Rustem Umerov.
After that, Zheleznyak stated that he had identified the individuals who accompanied Yermak and were investigated. According to the deputy, they were UDO employees.
