Hungary announced the continuation of its “peacekeeping mission” against Ukraine

This week, Hungary will continue its so-called “peacekeeping mission” to bring an end to the war in Ukraine. About this stated Minister of Foreign Affairs of Hungary Peter Szijjártó after the meeting between Prime Minister Viktor Orbán and the newly elected US President Donald Trump in Florida.
The day before, Orban held talks with Donald Trump, billionaire Elon Musk and future national security adviser Mike Waltz. Peter Sijarto also participated in the trip to the USA. According to him, the negotiations showed that it was not by chance that those who support peace in Ukraine enthusiastically accepted the victory of Donald Trump in the elections.
“There will be at least two more events this week that will be part of the Hungarian peacekeeping mission, tomorrow or the day after tomorrowa”, Sijarto said at a briefing in Budapest, without specifying the details.
This year, Orbán already met twice with Donald Trump at Mar-a-Lago, and both times they discussed the situation in Ukraine.
