In the application “Action” notifications about e-prescriptions, doctor referrals and treatment plans will appear. The new function is implemented in cooperation with the Ministry of Health, the Ministry of Digital and the National Health Service of Ukraine, reported in the “Diia” support service.
“The doctor gave you an e-Direction, do you need to buy or get medicine at the pharmacy with an e-Prescription, but the notification was lost? From now on, this is a thing of the past – medical notifications will immediately be sent to the “Action” application, the message says.
The service specified that users will receive notifications about the creation of a treatment plan, creation of an e-Prescription, its cancellation by a doctor, as well as the creation of an e-Reference.
“To receive notifications, you only need to have the application on your smartphone and be authorized in “Action”. As soon as the doctor creates an electronic prescription or referral, you will receive a push notification. Received notifications with a prescription or referral are stored in the Menu – Notifications in “Actions”, explained the support service.
They also promised that in the future the list of medical notifications in “Dia” will expand. If the user does not have the application, messages will be sent to Viber or SMS as before.
