On February 12, in Kharkiv, on the territory of the RTCC and SP, an unknown person attacked a serviceman of the Armed Forces, using a gas canister and a knife. The attacker was detained, and the victim received medical assistance. About this informs Kharkiv Regional TCC and JV.
“On February 12, in Kharkiv, a serviceman of the Armed Forces of Ukraine was attacked on the territory of the RTCC and SP. During the attack, the criminal used a gas canister and stabbed the serviceman of the Armed Forces of Ukraine. Additional police crews and ambulances were sent to the scene. The attacker was detained by the National Police.”, the message says.
The injured serviceman was given the necessary medical assistance, his life is not in danger. Operational and investigative actions are currently ongoing. The command and personnel of the regional and district TCC and SP are fully contributing to the investigation.
“An attack on a serviceman while on duty is a serious crime that must be investigated as soon as possible. We are convinced that, based on the results of the investigation and the corresponding court decision, the perpetrator will be punished in accordance with the requirements of the current legislation.”, — noted in the TCC.
