During the day, 122 combat clashes were recorded. The Ukrainian military confidently restrained the enemy’s attempts to advance deep into the territory, inflicting significant losses on him with fire strikes. In the Lyman direction, the Defense Forces managed to repulse 15 attacks by Russian troops, reports the General Staff of the Armed Forces of Ukraine.
Today, Russian troops carried out two missile and 54 air strikes, using six missiles and 79 guided aerial bombs. Also, the enemy used 1,970 kamikaze drones and conducted 3,565 attacks on positions of Ukrainian troops and populated areas.
On the North-Slobozhansk and Kursk directions, Ukrainian units repel five enemy assaults. At the same time, the occupiers carried out 11 airstrikes, dropping 29 guided bombs, and also conducted 169 attacks, including four from rocket salvo systems.
Five enemy assaults were recorded in the Vovchansk district in the Yuzhno-Slobozhansk direction, which were repulsed by our forces. In the Kupyansk direction, the aggressor attacked in the districts of Kupyansk, Petropavlivka, and Kolisnikivka. Ukrainian soldiers repelled six enemy attacks, currently another clash is ongoing.
On the Lymanskyi direction, the enemy tried 15 times to break through the defense near Andriyivka, Druzhelyubivka, Kolodyazyu, Drobyshevy, as well as in the directions of Olhivka and Shandrygolovo. Fighting is still going on at two points.
On the Siverskyi direction, 12 enemy assaults were repulsed in the districts of Hryhorivka, Serebryanka, Dronivka, Fedorivka, Vyimka and in the direction of Dibrova. In the Kramatorsk direction, our defenders repelled two enemy attacks near Stupochy. In the Toretsk direction, the Russians tried 11 times to attack the positions of Ukrainian troops in the areas of Pleshchiivka, Rusyny Yar, and Poltavka. All attacks stopped.
Since the beginning of the day, 38 enemy advance attempts have been recorded in the Pokrovsky direction. The enemy operated in the areas of Shahovo, Nikanorivka, Rodinsky, Novoeconomy, Mayak, Rubizhny, Sukhoi Yar, Shevchenko, Promin, Pokrovsk, Kotlyny, Udachny, Dachny, as well as in the directions of Filia and Novopavlivka. Four battles are still going on. According to preliminary data, 132 occupiers were destroyed here, 80 of them irreversibly. Also, nine cars, 19 drones, four units of special equipment were destroyed, the UAV control center and two guns were damaged.
On the Novopavlivskyi direction, the enemy tried 22 times to break through the defenses in the areas of Zeleny Gayu, Filia, Piddubny, Aleksandrograd, Voskresenka, Temyrivka, Shevchenko, Maliivka, and Komyshuvakha. Battles continue in four places.
The enemy did not conduct offensive operations in the Gulyaipil direction. In the Orihiv direction, the Ukrainian military repelled one attack in the direction of Stepnohirsk, and an airstrike on Novoadriivka was also recorded. In the Dnieper direction, the defense forces repelled three enemy attacks, and in Lviv, the enemy struck with unguided air missiles.
