During the day, 137 combat clashes were recorded on the front. In the Oleksandrivka direction, the Russian army tried to break through the defense of the Armed Forces of Ukraine 16 times, reports the General Staff.
Russian troops carried out 50 air strikes, dropping 106 guided bombs. In addition, the enemy used 2,339 kamikaze drones and carried out 3,281 attacks on the positions of Ukrainian troops and settlements.
In the Severno-Slobozhansky and Kursk directions, since the beginning of the day, Ukrainian defenders have repelled nine enemy assaults. The enemy also carried out 11 air strikes, dropping 26 guided bombs, and carried out 153 attacks on our positions and settlements, six of which were from multiple rocket launchers. In the South Slobozhansk direction, the enemy three times stormed the positions of Ukrainian units near Vovchansk and in the directions of Dvorichansk and Kolodyazne.
In the Kupyansk direction, the enemy tried to advance near Petropavlivka, Pishchane, as well as in the directions of Novoplatonivka and Novoosynovo. Our defenders stopped nine attacks, two more battles are ongoing. In the Lymansk direction, Russian troops nine times attacked the positions of the Defense Forces near Torske, Karpivka, Derylovye, as well as in the direction of Korovye Yar and Lyman.
Ukrainian soldiers repelled ten assault actions in the Slavyansk direction, where the enemy tried to advance in the areas of Yampol, Dronivka, Serebryanka, Pereyzne, Siversk and Viyimka. In the Kramatorsk direction, the Defense Forces stopped one attack in the Chasovy Yar area.
In the Kostyantynivka direction, Russian troops tried 11 times to break through the defenses of Ukrainian units in the Shcherbinivka, Pleshchiivka, Toretsk areas and in the direction of Sofiivka. Our soldiers have already repelled 10 attacks.
In the Pokrovsky direction, since the beginning of the day, the enemy has tried 46 times to break through the positions of Ukrainian units. Fighting took place in the areas of the settlements of Nykanorivka, Rodynske, Chervonyi Lyman, Myrnograd, Novoekonomichne, Kotlyne, Udachne, Molodetske, Dachne, Lysivka, Novopavlivka, Pokrovsk, Zvirovo, Novoukrainka and in the direction of Hryshyne. In one location, fighting is still ongoing.
According to preliminary information, 104 Russian soldiers were eliminated in this direction, 55 of them were irretrievably killed. Ukrainian soldiers also destroyed a unit of automotive equipment, three motorcycles, 10 drones, damaged three cars, a UAV control point and six occupier shelters.
In the Oleksandrivske direction, the enemy tried 16 times to break through the defenses of Ukrainian troops in the areas of Verbovye, Pavlivka, Vyshneve, Zeleny Gay, Sosnivka, Vorony, Stepovye, Krasnohirske and in the directions of Orestopol, Rybne and Oleksiivka. Three clashes are still ongoing. Pokrovske was hit by an airstrike.
In the Hulyaipilske direction, the enemy attacked the positions of Ukrainian defenders three times near Novomykolaivka and in the direction of Novye. Zaliznychne, Solodke and Dorozhnyanka were hit by airstrikes. In the Orikhivske direction, Ukrainian soldiers repelled one assault operation near Novoandreivka. Lukyanivske and Novoyakovlivka were hit by airstrikes. In the Dnieper direction, the enemy twice tried to advance towards the positions of our troops, but was repulsed. The enemy also carried out an air strike in the Mykilske area.
