They include administrative buildings and non-residential premises of various purposes.
The State Property Fund of Ukraine put up for auction four real estate objects in Odesa and Zhytomyr regions with a starting price of 1 hryvnia. These objects include administrative buildings and non-residential premises of various purposes, reported Vitaly Koval, head of the FSMU.

- Non-residential premises in the city of Olevsk, Zhytomyr region with an area of 50.5 sq.m. The building has brick walls covered with siding and all necessary communications. The auction will take place on September 20, 2024.

Starting price – 1 hryvnia
Vitaly Koval noted that the starting price of each of these objects is 1 hryvnia. This is due to the legislation, which for the period of martial law allows to set such a value for objects, the book value of which is absent or equal to zero.
“This symbolic price makes it possible to effectively start the privatization process in the current conditions”– emphasized Koval.
To participate in the auction, you must also pay a registration fee of UAH 1,420.
“It is important to understand that the final value of the objects can significantly exceed the starting price. Experience shows that during the auction the price can increase hundreds or even thousands of times, which provides real income to the state budget”, – noted the head of the FSMU.
