According to the State Customs Service, in the period from January to November 2025, Ukraine imported 28.4 thousand tons of pork, which is 12.9 times higher than the volume for the same period last year. This is reported by AgroTimes.
In monetary terms, pork imports for 11 months of this year also increased by 12.9 times compared to the corresponding period of 2024 and amounted to $70.8 million.
The main suppliers of pork to Ukraine during 11 months of 2025 were Denmark (57.9%), Poland (19%) and the Netherlands (7.9%).
Regarding exports, Ukraine in January-November In 2025, it sent 2.2 thousand tons of pork abroad, which is 21.4% less than in the same period last year.
In monetary terms, pork exports for 11 months of this year decreased by 4.3% compared to the same period in 2024 and amounted to $ 6.6 million.
The largest consumers of Ukrainian pork remain the United Arab Emirates (33.9%), Hong Kong (16.9%) and Bahrain (16.6%).
