“Kharkiv will not be left alone, the intensity of the exchange of blows will be high”: a military analyst

Kharkiv is a city that, from the very beginning of the war, became a symbol of the stability and indomitability of the Ukrainian spirit. The city, where the streets have always been filled with life, and people – with light and warmth, lives under the constant threat of shelling. Residents of Kharkiv are used to the sounds of sirens, explosions and nights spent in basements and shelters. And while the explosions continue to ring above their heads, each day becomes another test of their endurance. Recently, the intensity of attacks on the city has increased again, which has generated a new wave of anxiety among residents. All of them are worried about the question: what will happen next? Can the city withstand this pressure and how long will this hell last?

Military analyst and former adviser to the Minister of Defense of Ukraine, coordinator of the “Information Resistance” group Oleksiy Kopytko, expressed his opinion about the situation in Kharkiv:

“Another series of strikes on Kharkiv after a number of incidents in Russia. Already 15 civilians, including doctors, have been injured. It must be clearly understood here: after does not mean as a result.

Rospropaganda likes to spin a story about “retaliation strikes”. One of the features of this myth is that all Ukrainian high-rises, planes, gunners and UAV operators are supposedly inevitably destroyed by Russian troops. Many were “destroyed” several times. “Foreign mercenaries” and “NATO officers” are especially unlucky. They are exterminated in industrial quantities.

The theme of “retribution” is being pushed to influence the citizens of Ukraine to instill the false belief that if we stop resisting, it will all be over. Nothing will end. Vice versa. Incidents in the Russian Federation and Russian attacks on Kharkiv (as well as on Kyiv, Odesa and other cities) are parallel plots.”

Oleksiy Kopytko believes that the Russian Federation will not abandon its attempts to attack Kharkiv and will continue its attacks until it is deprived of such an opportunity.

“At the same time, the number of incidents on the territory of the Russian Federation is increasing. And this is exactly where the story of retribution is working in full. And this can be seen from the reaction of the “dear Russians.” went to Ukraine.

Russians, continuing to praise their leader, are sometimes confused: the more “successes of the SVO” – the more troubles in Russia. Until the loss of control over part of the territory. So far, the logical explanation for the majority is that somewhere in the Russian Federation there is an enemy who is deceiving both the king and the people. Since the obvious enemies have already been terrorized, there remain hidden enemies masquerading as loyal public and pseudo-patriots.
