Mango founder’s son detained on suspicion of involvement in father’s death
Jonathan Andik, the son of Mango founder Isaac Andik, who died in December 2024 while hiking in the Montserrat mountain range, has been arrested in Catalonia. Euronews reports.
According to media reports, the investigation is considering the version that the businessman’s death may not have been an accident. Jonathan Andik had previously been mentioned in this case, but the investigation materials were not disclosed for a long time.
The basis for new suspicions was the results of the study of evidence collected at the scene of the death, as well as discrepancies in the testimony of the billionaire’s son.
Isaac Andik was 71 years old. He died after falling from a height of about 150 meters while walking in the mountains with his son.
On December 14, 2024, it was reported that Spanish billionaire and founder of the famous Mango brand, Isac Andik, had died in an accident.
