Defense Minister Mikhail Fedorov appointed Sergey “Flash” Beskrestnov as an advisor on technological areas to strengthen work on innovative and defense solutions. This decision is aimed at increasing the effectiveness of countering modern threats and quickly adapting to enemy actions.
Beskrestnov is known as one of the leading experts in the field of drones, electronic warfare systems, and analysis of enemy solutions. He has been actively working at the front since the beginning of the full-scale invasion, conducting training for the military in hot spots and developing systemic approaches to reduce the effectiveness of enemy attacks.
The new advisor will be engaged in a comprehensive analysis of captured enemy equipment, assessing logistics and studying the solutions used by the enemy, turning this experience into a strategic advantage for the Ukrainian military. He will also monitor the introduction of new technologies and military developments to ensure their practical effectiveness on the battlefield.
Beskrestnov’s appointment emphasizes the importance of technology and speed of decision-making in modern warfare. Fedorov notes that the defense system must constantly develop, learn and become stronger, and strengthening the team with new leaders allows it to move quickly and effectively.
