Military personnel will be exempt from paying a fine to the TCC

Military servicemen who had violations in military records will be completely exempted from paying fines imposed by territorial recruitment centers (TCC). About this reported Deputy Minister of Defense Kateryna Chernogorenko.

The Verkhovna Rada adopted draft law No. 12093, which provides for a 50% discount for voluntary payment of a fine from territorial collection centers (TCC), as well as the possibility of remote payment of the fine through the Reserve+ platform, in particular for citizens who are abroad.

In addition, the draft law provides for the closure of administrative proceedings against persons who violated military registration, but later entered military service.

According to the amendments, Article 247 of the Code of Ukraine on Administrative Offenses (CUPAP) will be supplemented with a rule that makes it impossible to initiate or continue administrative proceedings against persons who are already in military service, for violations provided for in Articles 210 and 210-1 of the CUPAP.

Deputy Minister of Defense Kateryna Chernogorenko reported that a service for paying fines for violations of military records will soon appear in Reserve+. The team is already working on its implementation, and the launch dates will be announced later.

“Conscripts will be able to pay such a fine in the Reserve+ application. And military personnel who also had violations will be completely exempted from payment” – she noted.
