Military units of the Armed Forces of Ukraine were able to report the supply of low-quality products through a special system
The Ministry of Defense of Ukraine implemented a simplified procedure for submitting complaints regarding the quality of food products for military units through the DOT-Chain IT system. About this reported press service of the Ministry of Defense.
The new mechanism significantly reduces the time required for the preparation and processing of complaints and contributes to the improvement of the quality of food supply to the Armed Forces of Ukraine.
“Previously, the process was completely paper-based, which took a lot of time and resources. Currently, DOT-Chain automatically integrates information from the order, and the military units only add data about the defective product. This allows you to create an electronic document, reducing the time of working with claims by 2-3 times.” – said Deputy Minister of Defense Dmytro Klimenkov.
In addition to convenience, the innovation provides greater transparency of the process. The system structures and analyzes data, allowing you to quickly identify unscrupulous suppliers and prevent abuse, which increases work efficiency.
The ministry also said that next year, DOT-Chain will be able to submit electronic claims for completeness and timing of supply, which will be another step towards digitizing and improving the supply of the military.
