“In less than 2 months since the launch of the new service of the Ministry of Veterans together with the Ministry of Digital, we have achieved what previously seemed impossible: 2,000+ military personnel have already received the status of UBD without any extra steps, 6,000+ extracts from the EDRVV have been issued through TsNAP – in a matter of minutes.” – says the message.
Previously, for this, it was necessary to collect a package of documents, wait for signatures and undergo approval. Now data on participation in hostilities are entered by authorized persons of military units, the system automatically processes information through EDRVV, and UBD status is assigned without the need for a military serviceman to apply in person. Military personnel who are captured or missing are also automatically given the status of combatant.
“After granting the status of UBD, Defenders and Defenders can easily get an extract from the EDRVV in any TsNAP – in a few minutes through the “One Window” service, which confirms the granting of the status and gives the right to benefits. And soon, the generation of e-identification in Diya will become automatic.”, the department said.
