Norwegian company stopped supplying fuel to the US army due to Trump’s conflict with Zelensky
The Norwegian oil company Haltbakk Bunkers announced the suspension of fuel supplies to the US military following the dispute between the President of Ukraine Volodymyr Zelenskyi and the American leader Donald Trump. About this reported Kystens edition.
The company published a statement on its Facebook page, sharply criticizing the behavior of the US president and his vice president during a public discussion with Zelenskyi. The post claimed that the world had witnessed “the greatest piece of shit ever presented live”.
Haltbakk Bunkers has confirmed that it is temporarily halting the supply of fuel to US warships calling at Norwegian ports. In addition, the company expressed respect for the Ukrainian president, noting his stability in this situation.
Haltbakk Bunkers CEO Gunnar Grahn said his company will not provide a single liter of fuel to the US military as long as Trump remains president.
The post was later removed, but the situation attracted considerable attention both in Norway and internationally.
