Nova Poshta, the leader of the Ukrainian express delivery market, placed bonds of the “H” series for a total amount of UAH 1 billion. This happened after the company redeemed bonds of series “E” for the same nominal value. There was a report on the issue of bonds approved by the National Commission for Securities and the Stock Market (NCSCFR).
The nominal value of each bond is UAH 1,000, the total number of issued papers is 1 million. The placement was made without a public offer. The company does not disclose other details of the release.
In May 2025, the NCCPFR granted permission to place two new issues of Novaya poshta bonds – series “G” and “H” for UAH 1 billion each. The raised funds were planned to be used for the expansion of the terminal network (35%), the development of IT solutions (15%), the purchase of BDF containers and motor vehicles (30%), and the purchase of containers for parcels (20%). In July 2025, the company already placed the full amount of bonds of the “G” series, also for 1 billion UAH.
As of mid-2025, Nova Poshta had obligations under three bond issues: series “E” – UAH 995.82 million due on July 30, 2025, series “F” – UAH 998.45 million due on June 1, 2026 and series “G” – UAH 999.38 million due on May 2, 2027. The interest rate for series “F” and “G” is 16% per annum. In total, since August 2020, the company has already repaid five bond issues in the amount of UAH 3.6 billion.
In the second quarter of 2025, Nova Poshta increased its unconsolidated net profit by 2.6% compared to the same period in 2024 to UAH 905.45 million, while revenue increased by 22.9% to UAH 12 billion 712.14 million. According to the results of the first half of the year, the company’s net profit decreased by 19.6% to UAH 1 billion 195.74 million, while revenue increased by 22.1% to UAH 24 billion 571.27 million. The company’s equity increased by 6.1% to UAH 12.30 billion in six months of 2025, and liabilities increased by 2.8% to UAH 20.56 billion.
The main sphere of activity of Nova Poshta remains the express delivery of documents, parcels and large-sized palletized cargo. The company is the undisputed leader in this segment on the Ukrainian market. Its ultimate beneficial owners are Volodymyr Popereshniuk and Vyacheslav Klymov.
