OpenAI is developing an AI-based platform for job search

OpenAI is developing a new platform, OpenAI Jobs Platform, which will work on the basis of artificial intelligence and help in job search. The launch of the service is planned by mid-2026, reports TechCrunch.

The main goal of the Jobs Platform is the automated selection of candidates. Artificial intelligence will match the requirements of employers with the profiles of applicants, taking into account their skills, experience and level of competence in the field of AI. Based on the analysis, users and companies will receive personalized recommendations for vacancies and candidates.

A separate section of the platform will be aimed at small and medium-sized businesses, as well as local authorities that are looking for specialists to digitize services.

At the same time, OpenAI is expanding the Academy by introducing certification to prove AI skills. Training will take place directly in ChatGPT, and companies will be able to integrate these certifications into their staff development programs. Academy has already helped more than two million people master artificial intelligence. By 2030, ten million Americans are planned to be certified together with partners, including Walmart.

As a reminder, on September 2, OpenAI opened access to the Projects function for all ChatGPT users, and also introduced the possibility for parents to configure the behavior of the model for children.
