Parliament supported the creation of a single register of qualifications

The Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine adopted draft law No. 9630 “On the creation of the Unified Register of Qualifications” as a basis.

About this write  People’s Deputy Yaroslav Zheleznyak.

This draft law is designed to solve a number of problems related to the existing system of qualifications in Ukraine. Currently, there are three separate registers in the country: the National Classifier of Professions, the Directory of Qualification Characteristics of Employees’ Professions, and the Register of Qualifications. This leads to duplication of information, outdated data and complicates the job search and recruitment process.

Draft Law No. 9630 proposes to create a Unified Register of Qualifications, which will combine information from all three existing registers.
