Rules of conduct have been developed for CCC employees when carrying out mobilization measures
The Command of the Land Forces of the Armed Forces of Ukraine has developed special guidelines for the communication and behavior of servicemen of territorial recruitment and social support centers during mobilization activities. About this reported spokesman of the command of the Ground Forces of the Armed Forces of Ukraine Vitaliy Sarantsev.
“Such work is carried out here, and it is carried out in several directions. In this process, a number of measures have already been carried out, a number of decisions have been made, including unpopular personnel decisions. Also, the rules of dialogue and behavior of TCC and SP military personnel during mobilization activities have been developed. This is, let’s say, a textbook for every head of the TCC, who will instruct his subordinates before they go out to carry out notification events or other activities.” Sarantsev said.
He expressed the hope that thanks to this, it will be possible to reduce the level of public negativity regarding the work of the TCC and JV.
“We are constantly monitoring, we have a monitoring group working 24/7. And summing up our general work, for more than six months, we monitored the number of these negative reports about TCC and SP. The percentage of this negativity does not even exceed 1% of the number of those mobilized during this period to the Defense Forces of Ukraine.” – assured the spokesman.
According to him, a significant part of video materials distributed on the network is edited or taken out of context.
“There is a lot of video content that is simply taken somewhere from old periods and is presented as something that happened in our days. There are materials that are simply replicated. It is presented on the first day as if it happened in Dnipro, in a few hours the same video appears in Rivne publics. In a few minutes, the same video is in Cherkasy.” – he explained.
Sarantsev drew attention to the fact that the appearance of more videos about alleged attacks by TCC and SP employees on civilians is caused by the fact that many citizens do not quite understand the very essence of the mobilization process.
“Of course, mobilization was never, let’s say, received with enthusiasm in any of the countries that fought. Unfortunately, this process is necessary, but at the same time, there are a lot of people who misunderstand the question of mobilization, what it is for and what the ultimate goal is. And a lot of our citizens have already, unfortunately, very quickly forgotten both the Russian occupation and the Russian marauders who robbed and killed our people in the occupied territories.”, – emphasized Sarantsev.
