Russia attacked Ukraine at night with missiles, bombs and drones: where did the explosions thunder?

On the night of June 9, the Russian army carried out a massive attack on the territory of Ukraine, using “Shahed” attack drones, missiles and aerial bombs. In the capital, explosions rang out in the Darnytskyi district. As a result of the attack, one of the office buildings was damaged. Emergency services were on site.

Explosions also rang out in the Rivne region. The mayor of Rivne, Oleksandr Tretyak, described the shelling as “the largest since the beginning of the great war.” According to him, dozens of drones and missiles flew over the region. The main wave of the impact fell on the Dubensky district, which suffered the greatest damage. According to preliminary information, one person was injured.

On the evening of June 8, Russian forces also attacked Zaporozhye. A 23-year-old man was wounded during the shelling. He has moderate injuries and is currently in the hospital receiving the necessary medical care.

Also, on Sunday evening, Russian troops struck the outskirts of Kharkiv with two guided aerial bombs. Oleg Sinegubov, head of the regional military administration noted, that the blows were inflicted on the border of the Shevchenkiv and Kyiv districts of the city. A fire broke out as a result of the shelling.
