“Today, September 28, in the morning, the enemy carried out an airstrike on a health care facility in Sumy, using an unmanned aerial vehicle of the “Shakhed” type. In advance, there are casualties. All necessary services are working on the spot.”, — wrote Kobzar.
A few minutes later, he reported another strike, this time aimed at the residential sector of the city. According to preliminary data of “Suspilny”, two people died as a result of the attack.
In accordance with information Ministry of Internal Affairs, the total number of dead has increased to six people.
“As a result of the first shelling, 1 person died, several floors of the hospital were destroyed. The evacuation of patients and staff began. To help people, rescuers and policemen arrived at the site of the shelling. At the same time, during the evacuation of the patients, the enemy struck again.
