Since the beginning of 2024, Ukrainians have taken out loans for the purchase of housing for 11 billion hryvnias

Since the beginning of 2024, Ukrainians have received preferential mortgage loans in the amount of 11 billion hryvnias under the “eOselya” program. About this informs press service of the Ministry of Economy.
According to the Deputy Minister of Economy of Ukraine Andriy Telyupa, this year preferential loans have already been issued for an amount that exceeds last year’s figure.
“Almost 6.5 thousand families have improved their living conditions. This is more than for the whole of last year. During the entire duration of the program, 12,817 Ukrainian families have already received loans in the amount of over UAH 20.5 billion”, – he emphasized.
Only last week, 151 loans worth 264 million hryvnias were issued, of which 101 loans went to the purchase of housing on the secondary market, and 50 on the primary market.
Loans at 3% were received by:
- 75 servicemen and employees of law enforcement agencies,
- 15 teachers,
- 9 doctors,
- 7 scientists.
Loans at 7% were issued:
- 31 Ukrainians who do not have their own home,
- 7 internally displaced persons (IDPs),
- 7 veterans.
We would like to remind you that since the beginning of 2024, 6,341 Ukrainian families have benefited from preferential mortgage loans for a total amount of 10.8 billion hryvnias under the “eOsel” program.
