Today, June 13, the Government of Ukraine decided to create a new “Social web portal of electronic services of the Ministry of Social Policy”. This portal will become a key element of the Unified Information System of the social sphere and aims to simplify and speed up the receipt of social assistance by citizens.

Deputy Minister of Social Policy Kostyantyn Koshelenko emphasized that the new portal will avoid queues and paperwork, as well as save time for both citizens and social workers.
On the portal you will be able to:
- Find information about all available social services
- Submit an online application for services
- Notify a person or family that needs help
- Track the status of your appeals in your personal account
- In addition, the government expanded the categories of families that can use the “municipal nanny” service.
Now they include:
- Internally displaced persons with children under 3 years of age
- Families with children up to 6 years old who need additional care
- Families with children under 6 years old, where one of the parents has a disability of group I or II
- Families with children up to 6 years old who live in regions where there is no access to kindergartens
The launch of the portal is planned in the near future, after the completion of acceptance tests.
