Specialists restored gas supply in Shostka after massive attacks by the Russian Federation
Gas supply in Shostka was restored after massive Russian attacks on the city’s civilian infrastructure. About this reports the chairman of the board of “Naftogaz” Serhii Koretskyi.
“Emergency work lasted a day. As of now, 33,000 subscribers receive gas in full. Gas supply to surrounding settlements has also been restored – Bohdanky, Obrazhiivka, Kovtunovoy, Myronivka, Krupets and Shkyrmanivka, the report says.
According to Koretskyi, gas supply will be restored in the village of Voronezh after the completion of repairs at one of the damaged facilities. Currently, restoration works are ongoing. Emergency teams of “Naftogaz” in the region are on high alert and equipped with everything necessary.
Let us remind you that on October 4, as a result of massive shelling by the Russian Federation, Shostka and a number of settlements in the community were left without electricity, water and gas. In the Sumy branch of “Gazmerezh” confirmed damage to gas distribution facilities and called on residents to temporarily limit gas consumption.
