The assets of Yanukovych’s ex-bodyguard were seized from the state

The higher anti-corruption court satisfied the lawsuit of the Ministry of Justice against Vyacheslav Zanevsky, the former head of Viktor Yanukovych’s security, regarding the confiscation of his assets. About this reported Ministry of Justice of Ukraine.
Vyacheslav Zanevsky’s assets, including 100% of the authorized capital of AMSTEL-SKI LLC, five intellectual property objects, twelve plots of land, two apartments, four parking spaces, a vehicle, ten weapons, as well as cash in the amount of over 300,000 hryvnias, were transferred into state ownership.
Zanevsky, a former officer of the Russian army and ex-guard of Viktor Yanukovych, owned the corporate rights of “AMSTEL-SKI” LLC, which manages the AmstelSki hotel complex in Bukovel.
After the start of the full-scale invasion, he was involved in the organization of security measures during the construction of military logistics facilities in the temporarily occupied territories. In particular, we are talking about the bridge over Kalmius in Mariupol, which is part of the land corridor between Rostov-on-Don and occupied Crimea.
In addition, Zanevskyi helped the Russian military in identifying Ukrainian servicemen, participants of the anti-terrorist operation and other patriotic citizens in the occupied territories.
We will remind that the investigators of the SBU collected the evidence base regarding his activities and informed about the suspicion:
“On the basis of the collected evidence, the investigators of the Security Service informed the accused of suspicion under part 1 of article 111-2 of the Criminal Code of Ukraine (assistance to the aggressor state). Comprehensive measures are underway to bring him to justice.”
