The Cabinet of Ministers approved the procedure for circulation of special forms of notarial documents

Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine confirmed updated version of the Procedure for the use, storage, circulation of special forms of notarial documents and reporting on their costs. The corresponding resolution No. 416 was adopted on April 12.

The document will enter into force the day after the Ministry of Justice publishes a notice in the “Official Gazette of Ukraine” about the launch of the software that will ensure the functioning of the Unified State Electronic System of e-Notary.

The procedure regulates issues related to the functioning of the Unified register of special forms of notarial documents, in particular, entering relevant information into it, searching and providing information from the register, as well as checking the forms based on available data. In addition, the document defines the procedure for ordering, supplying, storing, transferring, returning and destroying forms, as well as regulates issues of control over their use and circulation, reporting on costs and responsibility for violations of norms governing the circulation of special forms.

The Ministry of Justice is tasked with developing and implementing the necessary software for maintaining the Unified Register of special forms of notarial documents as part of the e-notary system. In addition, the agency must transfer data from the existing register to the new database with full preservation of informational integrity and structure.

The operation of the Unified Register of Special Forms will begin on the day following the publication of the official notice on the launch of the corresponding software.
