The city of Lozova in the Kharkiv region has experienced the most massive attack since the beginning of the war: there are wounded

Around 3:00 a.m. on August 5, Russia carried out a series of strikes on the city of Lozova in the Kharkiv region, which became the most massive attack since the beginning of the war. As a result of the shelling, there are wounded, among them two children. About this reported Mayor Serhii Zelenskyi.

“Critical infrastructure, high-rise buildings, the private sector have been damaged. Unfortunately, there are injured – among them two children. Rescuers, doctors, emergency services are working. We are fixing the consequences. We are restoring the water supply. A part of the city remains without electricity, in particular, Avylivka, as well as the Kateryniv Starostyn district.

Residents are asked to report damage. There are changes in transport connections. That night, the Russians carried out a real terror of peaceful people who slept quietly. Sooner or later they will be responsible for everything.” – says the message.

The railway station in Lozova is temporarily closed, which caused changes in the movement of suburban trains, reported in the city council.

Canceled flights:

  • No. 6852 Dubovo — Kharkiv-Pasajyrskyi;
  • #6414 Kharkiv-Pasajyrsky — Lozova.

The following routes will operate with the changed routes:

  • No. 6651/6573 Orilka — Poltava-South (instead of Lozov — Poltava-South);
  • #6512 Lymanivka — Kharkiv-Passenger (instead of Lozov — Kharkiv-Passenger).
