The forced evacuation zone has been expanded in the Synelnyk district of the Dnipropetrovsk region
In the Synelniky district of the Dnipropetrovsk region, the forced evacuation zone has been expanded, which applies to children together with their parents or legal guardians. This is reported by the Dnipropetrovsk Regional Military Administration.
The decision was made at a meeting of the specialized Coordination Headquarters chaired by the Minister of Community and Territorial Development Oleksiy Kuleba.
“Together with all state structures and communities, we must ensure that the evacuation process is quick, organized and safe. It is especially important to take care of children, people with disabilities and those who cannot move independently. stressed Oleksiy Kuleba.
The forced evacuation covers more than 1,300 children and extends to the residents of 18 settlements of the Pokrovsk community: the villages of Andriivka, Bogodarivka, Bratske, Vidradne, Vilne, Vodyane, Hay, Dobropasove, Levadne, Novooleksandrivka, Novoskelyuvate, Oleksandrivka, Otrishki, Pysantsi, Skotuvate, Starokasyanivske, Chornenkove and the villages of Pokrovske.
For the first time, forced evacuation was introduced in this area in April 2025 due to constant shelling, since then more than 3,300 children have been evacuated.
“All thanks to the joint work of the State Emergency Service, the police, humanitarian organizations, doctors, the military and local authorities”, – noted the deputy head of Dnipropetrovsk OVA Vladyslav Haivanenko.
After leaving dangerous areas, people receive help in transit centers, and then move to prepared places in safer areas. In the near future, the government plans to consider a new evacuation procedure, which will clearly spell out the division of responsibilities between the Coordination Headquarters under the Ministry of the Region, the Ministry of Internal Affairs, the State Emergency Service, local authorities, the Ministry of Social Policy and the Ministry of Health.
