The Government of Ukraine has established additional payments for the Court Security Service in the frontline territories
The Cabinet of Ministers has approved additional compensation in the amount of 50-200% of the salary for the employees of the Court Security Service who serve in the front-line territories. This was reported by the representative of the Cabinet of Ministers in the Verkhovna Rada, Taras Melnychuk.
According to the adopted changes, for the period of martial law, employees of the Court Security Service who are serving in the territories included in the list of war zones or temporarily occupied by the Russian Federation will receive additional remuneration as a percentage of the official salary, taking into account special ranks and allowances for length of service.
The following amounts of surcharges are provided: 50% — in the territories of possible hostilities, for which the date of cessation of hostilities has not been determined; 100% — in the territories of active hostilities and where state electronic information resources function, the date of the end of hostilities is unknown; 200% — in the territories of active hostilities with the functioning of state electronic resources during intense shelling (when another state or a group of states shelles the territory of the relevant settlement one or more times during the day), calculated in proportion to the number of shelling days per month.
Additional remuneration will be calculated monthly in proportion to the time of service, excluding holidays and medical treatment.
We would like to remind you that on September 1, the Cabinet of Ministers introduced temporary additional coefficients for salary increases for civil servants of some judicial bodies, and on September 11, additional coefficients for employees of patronage services in the justice system for the period of martial law.
