The “Khortytsia” military district denied information about the advance of Russian troops into the territory of the Dnipropetrovsk region

The Khortytsia operational-strategic troop group denied the statements of the Russian side about the alleged entry to the border of the Dnipropetrovsk region. About this reported Viktor Tregubov, spokesman for the Khortytsia operational-strategic group of troops, on the air of a nationwide telethon.

“No, there are no Russians on the border of Donetsk and Dnipropetrovsk regions. Yes, there are battles in the west of Donetsk region, but the Russians have not reached the administrative border. Their reports about this are not true, they are lies.” Tregubov emphasized.

According to him, in the Pokrovsky direction, the enemy exerts powerful pressure along the entire front — there are reportedly more than 50 combat clashes taking place there, which significantly exceeds the indicators in other areas. The spokesman also noted that this direction has remained a priority for Russian forces for more than two years.

“There is pressure to the east of Mirnograd. There is pressure even further to the east along the Pokrovsk-Kostyantynivka highway, closer to Kostyantynivka”Tregubov added.

We will remind, on June 9, the Ministry of Defense of the Russian Federation reported that the Russian military allegedly entered the territory of the Dnipropetrovsk region. Also, on June 8, the Deputy Chairman of the Russian Security Council, Dmitry Medvedev, announced the “beginning of the offensive” of Russian forces in this region. In addition, he threatened that those who during the negotiations do not recognize the current “realities of war” on the front, “will receive new realities on the ground.”
